Western sky loan taken over by Cash call. Cash call said its legal and I need to pay everything, I sent a ACH revoke letter and got a new account, but they say its legal in Michigan and will go on my credit if my taken care of, I don’t know what to do? Still owe some principal on loan, but refuse to pay crazy rates.
Do not know what to do.

Western Sky/Cash Call is an illegal lender. You owe principal only. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. You have done the right thing by closing down your old bank account and open a new one. Ask them for a refund, if you have already paid them more than principal.
