EME Marketing put 200.00 in my account on 12/12/2011 and they have taken 60.00 out of my account 5 times that is 300.00 I didn't ask for this loan and don't know who they are?

Sounds like a payday loan company. Did you apply for a payday loan at any time? If not, then don’t worry. Ask your bank to close down your old bank account and open a new one.
