I had a credit card debt. Creditor turned it over to a collection agent. They sued, we negotiated out of court settlement and we paid it. Now it shows a charge off for the difference, what can we do to get it off our report?

Contact with the collection agency and tell them to update your account status properly. You can remove them as it will remain on your credit report for 7 years from the date of your first default.
