I had some bad debts 15 years ago, debt no longer appears on my credit report, but collection agencies still call me & received copies of my credit report, how do I stop them for call me & getting my credit report?

I think the SOL period in your state has expired. So they can’t take any legal action against you. Send them a Cease and Desist letter in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. After that if they are still trying to contact you, file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
