How long will it take to improve?

I have a large debt on my credit cards which has gone to collections. My credit score has gone down. Can anyone suggest how to improve my credit score and how long will it take to improve my credit score.

I would continue to pay down/off your credit cards. The more you pay down, the less your debt will be. It does take a long while for credit to improv..but, it does improve. As you pay down your debt, your credit score starts to increase. Hope this advice helps. :)

It’s very difficult to say how long it will take to improve your credit score. But your credit score will definitely be improved if you pay-off your outstanding balance. Contact with the CA and try to make a payment arrangement with them if it seems difficult for you to pay back the full amounts.
