I have taken out a title loan about 3 years ago. I was not able to payback the debts in full. Now my lender is threatening me to file a lawsuit against me and garnish my wages. What can I do? I came to know that if SOL period has expired, the lender can’t take any legal action. Is it applicable for me also?
