If a credit card judgement is filed against me and they put a lien against my bank account,which I plan on closing, do I need to worry about my safety deposit box?
The SOL is up on my credit card debit, the original amount being $1,400. now they want $5,400. If they file a judgement against me can they put a lien against my safety deposit box? I live in California.

Since the SOL period has expired, so the credit card company can’t take any legal action against you. You should immediately consult with an attorney and take advice from him/her.
