Ok lets say a bank is autorized to do this . I have court papers to say that my ex has three years to pay on this account and than me for the remainder three. I gave them the court papers to have on file and they still withdrawed money from account , why not his account ? my account is not set up with this loan or my information . I actually tried making payments and arrangements to pay down the loan faster and they refused from me said I had to get authorization from My ex to do this, now that he refuse to pay , they take money from me instead of asking me to do an arrangment or I could afford to pay . they took it and my child ssi check .
