Lack of collection agency information

My x wife wrote some bad checks to CVS and now they are on my credit report. I'd like to take care of them however the credit report i printed from Myfico.com only has a number (455YC01291) as the collection agency. Any advise on how I figure out who to contact so I can clean this up?

Check your credit report online. You may log in to annualcreditreport.com. I hope you will get correct information from there.
