Hello,
I currently have a score of 550 (from Experian) and I have 100% credit and 0 debt. I have 3 closed accounts that should be removed by first quarter 2013. I haven't tried to get any credit in a while, but I was getting turned down.. I'm not sure a 550 will get much credit anywhere, but I've seen things online saying some places will give you a card or a car loan but with a very high rate, not sure how true this is.
How can I get a credit line when nobody will give me a credit line, as I have no credit?
It seems like a nasty circle.

It’s very difficult to get a loan with a low credit score. Most of the financial institution may not agree to give you a loan, when they will find that you have low credit score. You may try to get help from your friends and family members.
