I am not really sure but this to me sounds bogus. I have yet to see a no interest loan through a bank or mortgage company that would let you just borrow some cold hard csah with out getting a dime of interest in return. I am not doubting your book or whos ever it is I just think the members here should be wary.
There is no quick fix to repairing your credit. It takes hard work and can be time consuming but good efforts pay off. So if this is claiming quick fix I would be more than wary.
I don't think that there is any company which will offer you loans with zero interest rate. It is just an advertisement tactics, to attract customers. Some companies may offer you loans at zero interest rates, if you have a high credit score of 720 and above, but this low interest rate will be a limited period offer after which normal loan rates would be applicable.
Thats what I was saying in a nutshell. I was thinking this book website was just a way to pull in some people that didn;t understand these facts. I was hoping to keep members from fallling for these tactics. We all know how misleading some of these things can be.
Hate anything that has a price tag stuck to it. I think this forum should do a book and the site could profit from it, they could name it, the layman way of fixing your credit, LOL

I'm not saying the E-books wouldn't work...just that if you have to PAY for 'tips' to improve your credit, I'm a bit leary. Sometime ago, I bought a book which CLAIMED would " improve my credit." When you opened the book, it gave you ANOTHER price to pay to get the 'full version' of the book.......the 1st one was like a 'Trial' thing, I guess. You would paying alot of money for alot of, .." well, you've gone this far,,," kind of thing.
Just another con. Fact is you can pull this same information yourself from places like here and others on the internet. Those books with me rank right up their with the credit repair places. Believe me thats not very high.
I agree with you, I think that the added benefit of your way fireyone is that by you doing the research yourself you learn. think about it, if you can just pay a price then you really never learn anything.
I think that is what these places actually bank on. The less you knw how to help yourself the more dependant you are to them. I think that is why some of those places visit here at the forum..they don't want you to learn the system and try to turn you against it. I was always told "knowledge is power' so lets keep the lights on right?

I try to be as honest as I can. I really believe that people should give repairing their own credit a shot before deciding to call in the credit repair hounds. Iimagine there are people who may not be able to understand enough to do it on thier own. What we see as easy isn't the same for everyone. I look at it this way: give it a try, if you mess it up or can't do it you'll be calling in the repair "experts" after that so if the agency is that great than they can fix what was messed up.
I agree and while you are doing it you are learning the process and the importance of protecting ones credit in the future.
I think also that it teaches us an important message for future credit, hopefully we will think twice before making bad decisions.
Soemtimes we can not see that far into the future until we make a bad judgement error. Not saying that everyone purposely defaults on credit cards or does something that makes a big red mark on their credit report. I think back to the original reason I came here and when I do I relize that had I not made an error and fallen behind on a debt I owuld not know so much concerning credit. Yes I made a mistake and paid for it but I feel better knowing that I learned from that mistake.
Me too, I find that it is much harder to repair a bad credit rating than it is to have a little self discipline, if you think about it, it does not take much. I have to sit down and do bills tommorro. Monday all my extra money has to go into a windshield in the morning to get my car inspected in the afternoon. There will be a good two hundred dollar day for sure. sickning.
I have no extra and just went through the whole bill writing thing. What was left is now set aside for the remainder of christmas gifts we have to get. I am going to go black friday wiht the hubby and try to finish for less money. I don't know what we will do until bonus. Its great to get one just not two days before christmas. I will not put off bills for this stuff. It is a bad thig to start and then lets you worry 24/7

Black Friday??? Gosh...good luck. Everyone and their brother will be out there..LOL Just be careful. Yep....had to spend some money on getting repair work, to my car, to pass inspection......YUK!!
I go because with my debts this is a good way to cut the Christmas costs. I can pay $10 for a toy that is $20 then I can get two for the same price and knock down the christmas list. We have made the decsision to NOT use any credit cards this time around. We had to rely on them last year and still are not caught up as we thought we would be so NO CREDUT CARD purchases for this household this year.

I've read a few 'Credit Repair' books and ads. It seems like the programs that will "help consumers" you have to pay for, from the book itself!! I wish I can find something that won't cost me an arm and a leg to help myself with!!
