Hello All,
I was served a summons from a creditor, however the address listed on the complaint for this plaintiff is different from the address on the summons. One address is in FL an the other in DE though plaintiff name is the same. Can this be disputed?
Thanks
Served a summons from a creditor with different addresses
Yes you can dispute it. You should inform this matter to the court immediately. At first you should give a reply to the court summons. Consult with an attorney in this regard.
Plaintiff Address
Can't really afford a lawyer right now. From all my digging and searching the address on the Complaint does not reflect FIA Card Services but Trak America. I'm not sure what my affirmative defense should be or how to word it. I'm looking into maybe getting like a student lawyer or something but I want to answer this in a timely manner. I just don't know how to write it out via the answer that this is an issue....if anyone can help....it would be awesome.
