If I been sue but my divorce decree states that I'm not responsible for this what can i do? and if i want to pay but the amount is not what they want any letter to help me , for my good faith

You will probably need to sue your ex. I think I might end up in the same situation within the next year. I would consult with a family law atty asap.
Opinion:
If a family law judge could alter such a contract, it would deprive the creditor of their right to due process.
Can you take the paperwork that states that you are not responsible to an attorney and show that you are not responsible for the debt or can you show copy of it to the attorney that is suing you?
Was it a joint debt? Why are they choosing to sue you and not your ex husband?
