I wentto first court date. Judge ordered that LVNV Funding file bill of particulars. Instead they requested that the matter be non-suited and removed from docket. nothing has happened so do I still file my Grounds of Defense?

Yes, you can still file your Grounds of Defense. But, if you want to resolve this issue without any legal hassles, you may contact with your creditors and negotiate with them out of court.

"I would like to thank you for helping us in our case. We really don't understand the legal system, but your guide described everything in simple terms, and helped us get our case dismissed.
It's unfortunate that these companies prey off of other peoples bad fortunes, and it's all for the big green buck. Keep on helping the people who become subjected to these lawsuits. We sincerely appreciate what your guide has done for us."

Your guide helped get the suit against me dismissed. I went to court and just like you said the attorney on the other side asked me to speak in the hallway. He told me I was going to lose my case if I went back into the court to defend myself. He pulled out a settlement agreement and asked for my signature. He laughed at me when I said no. 5 minutes later, the judge not only dismissed my case, she commended me on my paperwork. Thank you!
