pfd

Hi. I recently send RJM a PFD letter and i got it an answer back about two days ago. I have a concern with the letter that i received because is in the same type of format that RJM usually uses and there is no signature from anybody. The letter states "when you finish paying your account will be satisfied in full and by your request we will have our reporting of this account deleted with transunion and equifax." Is this enough to go through with the pfd or are they trying to trick me.
