Valley Empire Collections
I haven’t personally dealt with valley empire collection. You can contact with the CA and negotiate with them. You may try to arrange a better repayment plan with them on your own. If it is not possible for you to negotiate yourself, then you may get help from a reliable debt relief company.
WHAT?
Im sorry but your advice is horrible. First of all i would never use a 3rd party to pay off a CA. Second for anyone who is reading sandywillsons advice, DO NOT use a debt relief company!!! Also The process to repair credit is sensitive. Anything you do can hinder your progress unless you make the right steps. I am unfamiliar with that process so my goal is to become educated before i begin the process. So far after just 30 minutes of reading threads posted on this site I have learned a ton. My first step will be to remove all my old addresses. My next step will be to validate and force them to prove I owe them the money. 3rd will be to resolve the debt with a PFD and I will not be giving ANY CA a penny unless they agree to delete the collection. 4th I do not want to do anything which will bring the Collection to a active status but im still learning about that. MY QUESTION IS.. Specifically, If the debt is mine and it is validated then has anyone successfully gotten documented agreement that they will delete the account if paid in full + fees? 5th I don't think anyone should begin repairing credit unless they can pay the debt off if that is what is advises. I am unsure if making payments negatively effects your score but unless you can pay it in full you have no leverage so why bother. It appears you are giving me advice on how to manage my debt when that is not what I am trying to do. I have money to pay these debts off, however I must assume there is a right and wrong way to do it and i do not believe you should be the one giving advice but instead asking questions. If anyone can offer some insight please do.
My Question
I was unclear, My question is: "Has anyone used a PFD or received in writing from Valley Empire Collection an agreement that they will delete the Collection Account from the Credit agencies if paid?"
I believe the debt is mine however if i am unsuccessful in getting it removed by validation then i will obviously begin the process of resolving it through deletion pay.
