I am trying to clean up my credit report. Per my bankruptcy lawyer, he advised me that my credit falls fair/good because a lot of my debt on my credit report has been charged off/etc. And that I should not file for bankruptcy but try and clean up my credit because it is so good. I am trying to find a 'template' if you will to send to the three credit bureaus to ask them to remove the debt that have SOL that have expired and should of already 'dropped from my credit report'. Is there someone out there that can supply or refer to a site that will give me a professional template asking them to do this for me?
I appreciate all the help!

No, there is no one who can supply you such kind of a template. Negative items will remain on your credit report for at least 7-10 years. So, it is not possible for you to remove those items from your credit report before 7 years though your SOL has expired. Hence, it is better for you to repay your debt, so that your credit score may gradually improve.
