I have paid off a company my credit card, I have requested another company to please close out my cc. account and both have promised to send a letter of satisfactory payment to the credit bureaus. They still have not send the letters. It is over two years.
I have telephone companies that list incorrect info. on my report. Internet services never received, cellphone service plan that was changed without mt knowledge.
A medical bill that the hospital did not send to my provider I am stuck with the bill. Collection agency does not answer by telephone, only by mail to get in touch and they have not replied for more that a year and still send info out on my name/account.
Did you try disputing your information with the CRAs? You said that you're communicating through mails. Did you ask them to get your debt validated?
