I PULLED MY CREDIT SCORE AND ON THERE IT SAYS I HAVE 3,000 DOLLARS DUE TO NCO FIN/33. WHO IS THAT?

NCO Fin/33, buys junk debts. Such debts are bought for - pennies on the dollar. These debts are old debts and some of them are even past the SOL. They're good in playing with the collection laws.
