I recently (in the last week) have recieved communication from a collection agency(Vision Financial) about a vehicle repo that took place in 2001. Can I have them stop sending me letters as well as phone calls about this? It has dropped off my credit report and I haven't received anything in the past 9 years? I am trying to rebuild my credit and have paid a few past bills to help, this is one I just cannot do.
