How do I read My CR? I have no accounts in good standing all are in collections or closed. What do this mean? How do i know who owns the debt? Thank you
I guess you can ask the credit reporting agency. If you suspect the information is not correct you can dispute it as well. You may check your report through freecreditreport.com or other websites. When your account is sold to a collection agency, they will call you and ask you to pay them instead of the original creditor.
