How do I repair "Involuntary Account Closure"?

When I was 16 I made some mistakes at my bank by starting a bad habit of over-drawing money and not really caring whether it got paid back or not. Eventually I didn't have the money to pay back an over draft fee (only $58) and my account was involuntarily closed. I am 19 now and this account closure is still following me everywhere. I can't get loans or open any kinds of credit cards anywhere. What can I do to fix this?

18 is the age of majority in Cali.

Do you owe any money on this debt? I would request an investigation of the account by the OCC

this is the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and they regulate national banks

I would say that at age 16, you were unaware of the consequences of the account requirements. under resolution, say you need the account deleted from your credit.

I would also dispute this on your credit as other. Illegal account, too young to enter contract. send proof of age

Also, at 18, I would slow down on applying for credit. you think you need it but not really
After disputing, send a 623 letter to Wells Fargo.
