I had a scam last time with Kingman Cole and thank god for this web site I found out it was a scam...
Now I am getting another call from Foster Colmes, but I do not see anything on this site, I tried to google it but nothing, did anyone had anything from them, it is funny as they ask me just my mail by phone and tell me if I do not pay they will send the sherif, and then send me a email with a PDF and a simple lettter stating that if I pay $900 instead of $3000 within a week it will be cleared of my credit reports, can anyone tell me if they ever heard from this company before...

hi, sheriff can't arrest you, report them to FTC, they're not allowed to threaten arrest. sheriff and police department in their area laughed when i told them about it. u can't get arrested, otherwise the entire country would be in jail. FTC- federal trade commission and BBB and attorney general of your state. you also send cease and desist letter to them. good luck :)
Hi there. We got a call. Said my hubby was going to jail for a loan. I said sent me proof in the mail, and he said oh no, it is for hot checks written out of state. I told him he was a liar, as my husband doesn't write checks, and we don't go out of state. He said he was from a subpeona office, and I said there is no such thing. I told him that I reported him to the FTC and to the attorney generals office both in my state, and the state of New York. They are scammers!!!
