How drastically and quickly could this make my credit score

Just this last week I decided I was going to be serious about managing and fixing my finances, now that I have a decent job. Is there a formula for figuring out a general idea of what your credit score is or will be? For instance, I just checked to see what mine is for the first time, and Experian reported a score of 576 with 8 "possibly negative" items on my record, and 3 in "good standing." I've already managed to have two removed and will very likely have all (maybe save one) "potentially negative" marks removed by the end of the month, leaving me with the three in good standing. How drastically can that change my score, and how long might it take? If more info is needed, most of the accounts were less than $100 owed when they were sent to collections. The only one I'm worried about not getting resolved and removed this month is a medical payment for $240
Thanks for your time!

do you have all your credit reports?
what state are you in?
what is the original creditor and the name of the CA?
what is the date of first delinquency? 30 days after last payment

this information will help me make suggestions specific to your case. The state will determine the statue of limitations for this debt. knowing the name of the OC original creditor, will help show if there is a specific govt regulating agency that can help so rt out the truth. Knowing the exact dates is very important too.
