I cannot get signed in to get on line

I just got a credit card, and have been trying to find a way to get on line. The boxes will not take my 16 digit credit card number.

Welcome to this community :)

You got the credit card but did you sign up with this card company online. You will have to create an online user account with the card company. Only then will you be able to access your online card account.
