i have this company that reports late payments for the wrong months for one thing and they say they will remove it and just put it back on what do I do

Send a dispute letter directly to the credit bureaus through certified mail, requesting a return receipt. Also, report the company to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and State's Attorney General.

what is the original creditor and the name of the CA?
what is the date of first delinquency? 30 days after last payment
