You will have to negotiate a repayment plan with the collection agency (CA). The mortgage is now with the CA, and so you will have to deal with the CA for paying off your mortgage. It is really essential to pay off the second mortgage as the lien on your property can't be removed till the mortgage is not payed off.
As for the first one you can talk to the lender and try to negotiate another repayment plan. See if this works out.
