Creditors must subscribe to the credit reporting services of EACH of the credit bureaus. This subscription costs a lot of money and hoops to go through for them to be a member. If they are not, I doubt they will become one anytime soon. I'm sorry, but this was something you needed to ask before you purchased from them.
Many years ago (I'm talking at least 10+) I was in a similar situation and after paying the vehicle off I had the creditor give me a sworn statement of account which included the terms of the note, payment dates etc... It was also witnessed and notarized. I submitted it to them and demanded they include it on my credit history and surprisingly they did. I don't know if this will work now but may be worth a shot.
