MOV letter to TU

Hi.

What should I do if MOV letter to TransUnion did not work?

I had judgment which was vacated by judge December 2009. Experian and Equifax removed information about judgment, but TU still did not. I have done 5 disputes about this item and got same answer again and again. TU do not accept certified letter from court and signed by judge.

I did MOV 3 weeks ago and still did not get answere from TU. What next step should I do? Court? Attorney General?

Judment was filed in Philadelhia, PA.

Thank you.

I am really surprised to know that TU won't accept court verdict! As court statements are as equal as laws so,one can sue them for not respecting the court orders.
I won't find any other alternative to this situation other than filing a case against them.

I called TU few times, but always spoke to same guy. He has an Indian/pakistani accent. And He told me TU can not accept ORIGINAL CERTIFIED letter signed by judge. I was shocked, but it was not biggest surprise.

When I asked what type of document acceptable by TU he reply "TU do not know what documents acceptable by transunion". Here we go.

I tried to call three times but always was transfered to the same guy.

porimex, stop calling. Send a letter requesting an explanation how they are reporting something the court vacated. state that you contacted the creditor directly and the creditor (court) sent you a letter asking that the item be removed.

Report this to the attorney general.
