I have questions about my last statement. Before I pay it these questions need to be addressed. When I call the number given to ask such questions it does not give you an option to speak with a live person. I think I have that right. There are charges on the statement I am not aware of, question one. How do I redeem points, question two. I will not pay the bill until I know what I am paying for nor will I pay a fee because I cannot have a civil conversation with someone.

Who is the company? If you give that information then someone will be able to give you a number to call so you can speak to a live person.

goodnatured is right. If you can tell the name of the company someone may be able to provide you with a number. Other than this you can also visit the branch of this company where you have the account, and talk to them directly. This may help.
