Astonishingly no payment due

I have 4 credit cards, and I check these cards daily and they all have balances. Interest rates are fine. I pay on time, more than the minimum due. However, I just got statements for two of the cards where it gives me my new balance, the due date but they both say "0" in the minimum amount due portion.

It's saying I have zero due by the due date. I have no clue what this is about. Are they giving me a "pass" this month on my payments. I find that hard to believe with the way the industry is now. Anyone know?

Hi Brent,

You can inquire about this with the credit card company? If this is a an error, they may update your account. Whether or not you will have to make the minimum payments, depends on what the creditor says.

Whatever they ask you to do, get that in writing. Later if any problem arises due to this, you will be able to dispute that using these proofs.

Thanks,

Aaron

you probably just made two payments that month. if you know that there should be money due send a payment. As long as you don't over pay the full balance it will be fine. Even if you do over pay they will just send you a check.
