Civil Claim Judgement

Last year, a credit card company filed a civil claim judgement against my husband. This was my husbands account in his name only. We got a registered letter and I checked his credit report and it is listed in their at the courthouse. They attempted to take money from our checking account but because it was a joint account and the credit card was only in his name they couldn't take any funds from the account. We haven't heard anything from them in a few months and was just wondering what the next step will be. We do own our own house and live in PA. Thanks for your help.
