No 1099C received but charge off shows on credit report

My mom has bad dimentia and is $10,000. in credit card debt. She can't make monthly payments. Do I pay $2,000. and file bankruptsy for her (I have POA) or try a credit card payoff with companies sending me a letter saying they will not send a 1099c???? HELP thank you.

I recently receieved a 1099-c for cancellation of debt on a credit card. I know I have to claim this amount on this years taxes as earned income. My question is once I do this can they still come after me for the amount of the debt cancellation? My statue of limitations is coming up in July of this year (2011), does this have anything to do with this 1099-c?

to some extent large portions of the US still have families with a homemaker and a bread winner. The women in that role need to see people like them in the White House. I feel like it easy to dismiss this as old and sexist (and the it is), But who should homemakers look up to? specifically in areas where a stay at home parent is critical (farming, One spouse has very extended stays, and many more) these consumers should have a role model of what it looks like to be a leader and a homemaker. But they don and rrndividuals are upset about that. Obviously the most effective isn to push traditional gender roles on the first lady, But I can see the perspective and think we could do a better job recognizing the value of the homemaker in a manner that makes them feel less threatened.

I say the best parallel I can draw is to say that if you have a career as an artist and you spent your whole life aiming to be an artist. And you see a person that just does art on the side become the top artist in America. And anyway hopefully you can set boundaries with your family I don want to talk about x or participate in y holiday etc. If they can respect those boundaries though then they are the problem and you are well within your rights to decide how much need to have them in your life. remorseful. Clam Chowder herbs came withing 250 miles from campus. The cups are compostable and we get your point but there isn another way around it unless we Charmdate scam reviews don hold the event next time. We can use normal dishware just because we wouldn be able to maintain volume and washing everything. I just had to go looking for a toddler's bday clothes and was a little annoyed. The girl's clothes are all pretty and floral sure. It's cleaning.
