my wife and me just got a credit card from wfnnb and the customer service dept. is one of worst i ever done business with. we enjoy shopping in peebles stores but the bank card is service is terrible. jerry

Have you ALREADY charged things to the credit card? I guess you would have to deal with their Customer Service if you want to keep the card open. Are you current on your payments, etc?

Yes, they are terrible. They are supervised by the Office of Thrift Supervision, and I have had to file several complaints about them

Hi Jo,

If you are dissatisfied with the consumer service of the credit card company, you can complain to the Consumer Affairs Department.
