FTC Dispute Referral Program

If you have a dispute with a credit reporting agency that is just not working out you can take it to the next level and get the Federal Trade Commission to assist. Sometimes disputes go through faster and see results where other directions might have failed.

Look up for utility commission sites for each state.

If you have billing, even reporting disputes, ID Theft problems any thing of the sort, and your disputes are not being processed with the respective utility company then this is where you take your disputes / complaints.

If you have a dispute with a bank or credit union and it is not working out you can contact the FDIC or NCUA for assistance.

Annual Credit Reports

Consumers are entitled to one free credit report per year, and this is the national site for accessing all 3 reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion at once.

There is another credit reporting agency consumers need to be aware of, creditors may be accessing reports this direction and you should obtain reports here to make sure all information is accurate.

Chex Systems

This is one of the many of the check reporting agencies, if you have problems with your bank accounts you should obtain a credit report from this company. Or ask your bank for contact if they use a different check company.
