Hi Shunduh,
First get hold of your credit report. It is available for free, once a year. Then check all the details on it, regarding all your accounts and credits. Try to maintain paying the dues in time and start paying off other dues that you have been delinquent on. If there are any charge offs, try to pay those off with the Pay for delete agreement. With the Pay for delete agreement your account will reflect as either "paid in full" if you pay the full amount, or "paid as settled", if you settle the amount to be paid.
Other than this, check if there are any wrong listings on your credit report. To remove these, you can contact the credit bureaus and request them to remove these item from your report.
Open a savings account, and put money into it each month. Don't touch it within a couple of months, if not urgently required. Increase the amount you are paying off, to have the debts removed with the help the money in the savings account.
This is a wonderful article. The things given are unanimous and needs to be appreciated by everyone.

your free report is at https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp
Before you start just paying everything off, examine your report for mistakes and dispute negative accounts. Pay for Delete is possible but there are a lot of steps before that
