Can bank take funds

If you have a credit card with the same bank you have a checking account can they touch that checking account to pay crdit card balance

If they have took you to court to get a judgment against you. Than yes they can garnish that account.

Well I'm filing bankruptcy and one of my Credit cards is with Bank of america..But so is my Checking Account.
So thats why I wanted to know if they can take checking account
money to pay off some of there credit card debt?

If you are filing bankruptcy on them than no they can not collect from you after you do. If you are filing bankruptcy it is totally different than the way I understood your last question. So no they can not.
