And you will probably will not qualify for a mortgage with a score that low. Pull your report and check and see if everything is reporting correctly. If it's not then let us know. If you can find a lender now, the loan you obtain will likely be at a very high interest rate, and could possible make purchasing a home impossible simply due to the prohibitive cost.

As suggested in earlier post is to improve the credit score and then go for loan is the best option. It will definately provide long term benefit.
