Hi everyone please help me with this.
I completed my courses from the university because of current situation i was unable to pay my final quarter fees. its been 7months and i got a call from a collection agency to pay my fees but the amount they mentioned is lot higher than what i originally owe it to the university. I told them that i dont owe them so much money but they said that these amount includes the penalties. They gave me an option to pay in 3 instalments. I made some arrangements for the funds to settle my original payments which i owe it to my university. collection agency also threatened me that if i refuse the pay the amount they said it will rise in future.
What should i do. Please advice me the best solution..
I really do think they is anything else you can do except to pay them. Because they lady is correct those penalties plus interest will be added. So to prevent it from adding up you need to make your payments.
