I filed Chapter 7 and on my equifax report they still have the ones I listed in bankruptcy still having a balance in my installment and revolving accounts. Is that right? I thought they would be showing a 0 balance since they were included.

No thats not right ,dispute it with equifax .That is also hurting your credit score.
you have to contact credit reporting company and once check your credit score. you can involve your broker too to find out the details and discripancies in credit reports.
