Hey Gn we are both from the same state,as you know. What is a good way to contact our state rep? I was watching TV and seen they were considering a second economic stimulus in the form of gas cards. I thought that was a great idea until I seen they were going to cap it at people who make under 31, 000. I want to voice my opoinion on this.

Don't lose your head when you confront an unexpected cash need. How can you survive the uncertainties in day to day life if you start accepting everything as it comes. Only chicken hearted persons would surrender meekly to setbacks in their lives. If you have a bit of courage and confidence, you would always use your head and fight back. Unlike in the past, you have numerous financial options. You would be more or less in a dilemma to select one option from the thousands available. Go through our Colorado Payday Loans offer, and see how easy it is to get cash!
The flexibility in everything regarding our Colorado Cash Advance would sure attract you. If you are thinking you are inferior to someone whose credit position is far better than yours, you are wrong.

You need to list if they are store front or if they are internet loans, there is a big difference. If you took them out storefront then they are probably legal in your state. If they are internet based loans then they are probably or may not be legal. I used to have the website that told all the laws.

Payday loans is one of the biggest traps out there. Most of the time it is too late before a person finds that out. I would first determine whether it is store front or interenet. If this is an interent loan then look on your staes web site for any laws thgat may be posted or give your atty general a call. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

They are a big trap especially if you get caught up in more than one at a time, usually by the time people get here they have several and only end up paying the fees with little left to pay other bills. They have no mercy on their customers either. Best thing to do is to stay away from them all together if possible.

Hi goodnatured,

I agree that payday loans are a big trap. In case you have stepped into one, I would suggest, you get a loan from a bank or a conventional creditor to pay back the payday loan. A conventional loan is easier to pay back, as it has reasonable rates of interest, unlike the payday loans. Most of the times, creditors offering payday loans can change the interest rate according to their wish.

If it is not possible to take a loan, you can request for a repayment plan, from your creditor. It is best to pay off payday loans at the earliest possible, as the late fees keeps adding up, every time you miss a payment.

Hi Allison, Payday loans,as you know, are a vicious trap. Although there are new laws that are to be taking place soon they may not not help you at this point. Is there anyway you can get a consolidated loan and pay off these lenders? Also do you know any laws that apply toward payday loans in your state? In some states they are actually illegal. You may have to visit your states web page to see if they have a link there on paydday loans.
