i have an account with the bank and had my daughter put on in case something happened to me and she needed cash'. her and her husband has run into a real problem with capitaol one and they are suing for the money - the judgement says they will freeze her accounts etc - the bank no longer just removes the persons name - so i transfered to another account but the change has not been able to change my ss yet - can they put a hold on this account since it has hyer name and hold my ss money - this would be horrible - i am 77 years old - i think they will try to file bankruptcy but till they do what can happen to me -= i dont have the money to help them out of this
If both of your names are on the accoutn, remove your daughters name from the account
Alsonotify your bank that the money gettign deposited in to the accoutn is Social Security benifit
