i am retired and collecting ss and pension i have some outstanding credit card debt. the only income going into my account is my ss my pension and federal tax refund derived from my pension. ?

i called my bank they said if they receive a court order from the credit card company they will allow me to withdraw 2500 dols then freeze my account until i work out a resolution with the credit card company. my debts are over 16 months old and my only income is pension and social security. this doesnt sound correct to me because my company where i worked said they cant touch my pension. any advice please
