Yes there are different dispute letters especially on this website. First thing is first pull your credit report and check it out, there are several mistakes on it trust me. Then dispute the items through your credit bureaus all 3. Then there you go you will have some items deleted from there you go straight to the creditors. Remember rule of thumb here, creditors and credit bureaus have 30 days to validate the debt in dispute. Trust me you can do it, I deleted 4 items including a repossession on my own. Its going to take time, and patience but it can be done.

Also remember when sending out validation letters to send them and EVERYTHING certified mail. This is your proof. When composing any letter try to set a time frame in which they have to respond.
