This collector has took me to court I called them and the only way they will accept any pay is if i will turn three months check statements over to them
Then they must not want their money that bad, give it some time and see if they give in. They don't need any of your income information, you should be able to tell them what you can afford, if it is reasonable then they should not refuse it.
overwhelmed, They may want this information to maybe attach your wages (this has to be done through court though). I would wait it out also. They will either lower their demands or take you to court. If they do then you will be there to defend yourself.
