My wife was served a collection lawsuit by the Law Offices of Erica L. Brachfeld & Associates 25 days ago. We live in San Diego, CA. Wife is currently outside the state for work. I did her response and mailed it to her for her signature. Still waiting for the signed response.
My question is.. can I include her Discovery document when I submit her response to the court?

Discovery comes a little later in the process and you will tipping your hand to your opponent. Hold on to see the respnse to them
How long is your wife out of the country? If it is only for a few weeks then she will have plenty of time to be back for the court date. She must appear before the judge at the time of the hearing or the credit company will win by default!
Take Good natureds advice and do not include the discovery. Wait until the time has come.
