how to fix this on my credit

I lost ed my job they let me go ,after i worked for 8 weeks ,when they had toll l me the unemployment papers where ready and the time you need to qualified are 8 weeks this is very funny but any way I was rented on apartment when i see my self without a job i went to the manager of the complex and explained my situation asking if they can wait for me until my unemployment go in effect they said no and told me they will have to go to the complex Lawyer I really do not want to wait for eviction and left .
