I moved from PA to NC in 2001. Today 2009 I get acall about an old phione bill, payment was last made in 2007. I knowthere wasn't much left if any. Which SOL do i go by PA or NC
As far as I know, you will have to pay the debt amount, according to the SOL period of the state in which the phone bills originated. In any case, because you have made the last payment in 2007 the SOL period has not expired. I think you should pay off the debt amount as soon as possible and get it updated in your credit report.
