I got suckered into this company called Credit Solutions. I've been with them since Nov. 2008. How can I void the contract?
I found out the other day that there are 2 credit card companies that will not work with them. They didn't tell me this at first. They have worked out one credit card but the other 3 are just getting higher balances. They said they sent out letters to the companies, but the companies said they haven't. CS say that what the credit card companies will say and try to bully you. So far, I have been disappointed with them. Does anyone out there have a solutions for me?
Hello really dumb...
Credit Solutions does have a D- with the BBB and yet they have no complaints on them in the past 36 months. Very weird???
You could always try to contact those credit card companies, explain your situation to them, and just see if there is anything they can do to help you get your accounts back under control.
I really don't know as far as what it takew to get out of one of those contracts. I would try contacting them and telling them you want to cancel their service.
Best of luck...
Hi dumb
Can you tell me how much money have you already paid to credit solutions for consolidating your debt?
You can ask them to return the money you have already paid them and then start negotiating with the creditors yourself or go for a good debt consolidation company.

Credit Solutions
We signed up 18 months ago and they have not done anything at all except take our money for services they did not render. I have contact the Attorney General in the states that have filed suit and hopefully will have a suit in my state soon.
If you are unhappy with the service, just get your money back or at least call them to find out what's going on. It shouldn't be difficult to get your money back as long as they have not gotten you a settlement offer.
