help, I need a loan for 10,000 and my credit score is 535. I am homeowner, I need the loan to pay off a debt with a cousing of mine that help me with downpayment for my house,where to go?
I cannot refinance my house, I have built some equity by I need to wait one year to refinance.
Any tip to get this money.
My low credit score is because I have some partial payments with citi bank, and that is keeping my credit score so low, plus a lot credit inquiries.
Some late payments a year ago, that will show up there for probably 7 years, actually I went for a trip missed to pay three credit cards, credit score went to 450, in 6 months I got it in 535, I boutght the house. I really have a good job, I have had good raises, I just get caught up with credit cards, I do not seem to get out of that, annual income is now 93000
